Mother's Day - 2007
This Mother's Day, May 13, was extra special for me because I heard from all four of my boys, and in addition, I got a card from my Grandson, Tyler!! I got a gift from Nathan and his fiancee, Jen. And a card from Pat, and a photo of Tyler. A nice newsy call from Neil and a CD from him, Juli & Rachel. A beautiful flag and heart pin from James, who is in Iraq for his second tour. The pin says, "Operation Iraqi Freedom MOM"!!! And that is me...again, I am "sandbox Mom"!!! It was good to hear from everyone - all strung out across the world!!! Thanks guys!! WOW!!!The above picture is of the Johnson Boys in 1969!!! The big boy on the left is James, now in Iraq fighting for his country. James is holding one of the twins, Nathan and the boy on the right is Patrick and he is holding Neil. The twins were 6 weeks old and Patrick, 6 years and James, 5 years in 1969!

Jack's Art Work
Jack is an accomplished artist, as well as a retired school teacher and a horticulturist. I am adding some of his art work from the 1990's and early 2000's. He will soon be resuming his art - more will be added!!

Great News!!
On April 18th Jack ask me to marry him - I said YES!! Shortly thereafter he gave me a beautiful heart shaped diamond!! It is so pretty !! We will not be able to marry for several months because we want to sell his house first and get a few things settled. It is a busy but happy time!!
We are still working part time for Wal-Mart - but hopefully that will end soon and Jack can pursue other things that he is interested in such as his art work and further work in horticulture.
Things will progress as they are meant to, in the proper scheme of things.
